Millngate continues to achieve 100% success in obtaining planning consents.
The Gosport Regulatory Board voted unanimously in favour for an 8,000 sq ft retail unit at Brockhurst Gate Retail Park as an extension to the existing terrace, including Lidl, M & S Food, Homebargains, Iceland and Jollyes.
A previous application for a smaller unit 8 had been refused due to concerns about the potential impact that a small unit could have on the High Street. This concern was removed with the resubmission of a much larger unit plus an additional 16 parking spaces, including two charging points.
A marketing campaign will now commence to attract a further high quality occupier to this extremely successful retail park.
