Initially, he will be assisting with the development management of the Gosport project and will be seeking out new development opportunities in the South East. Andy has a wealth of both commercial and residential development experience and will be based in Eastleigh and Southampton.

Andy Goodridge, aged 41, has worked in the commercial property sector, primarily in Southern England for over 20 years. He has previously worked for well known commercial practices in the region and Rok Development. He has been involved in a number of interesting and varied projects including a 150,000 sq. ft office and warehouse complex for Coopervision in Segensworth, a 65,000 sq.ft warehouse for Sheffield Insulations at Nursling, a 31,000 sq.ft office and warehousing building for G3 Systems Ltd in Portland and a mixed use scheme known as St. Pauls Square in Bournemouth providing 100,000 sq.ft of offices and 188 residential apartments.
Andy is married with two young children and lives in Chandlers Ford , Hampshire. He is a keen sportsman and fair weather follower of Southampton Football Club.
